Our breeding experience began in 1985 with Rottweilers. At that time, our goal was to develop a slightly larger, more muscular dog than the German standard, while still preserving the breed’s outstanding temperament, trainability, and capability as both a protection dog and a competitive show dog in the American ring.
In 1991, the Dogo Argentino was introduced to us when a breeder from Argentina offered to trade a Dogo puppy for one of our Rottweiler pups. Upon meeting the Dogos in person, we were immediately impressed. At the time, Dogos were nearly impossible to find in California, and locating a suitable stud was even rarer.
Although we weren't ready to begin working with the breed then, the seed had been planted. Years later, when our last Rottweiler reached 12 years of age, we knew the time had come to embrace the Dogo Argentino.
Today, we are proud to continue contributing to the development of this amazing and versatile breed. We welcomed our first Dogo Argentino puppies in 2013 and produced our first litter in 2015 — a pivotal moment that marked the beginning of our dedicated Dogo breeding program.
Over the years, we have remained committed to preserving and improving the breed through thoughtful pairings, strong bloodlines, and hands-on puppy raising.
We’re honored to be recognized as one of the most reputable Dogo Argentino breeders in California, and we’re featured on Pupvine’s list of the Top 5+ Best Dogo Argentino Breeders in the United States.
A car manufacturer is much like a dog breeder — both strive to make thoughtful improvements to an already excellent design. Likewise, the type of car a person chooses reflects their needs:
But just as a car can be misused, so can a dog. A Dogo Argentino without training, structure, or responsible ownership can become a liability. As breeders, we strive to give each puppy the best start in life — but the long-term outcome depends just as much on the owner’s commitment and responsibility.
Our mission is simple: to produce healthy, well-balanced Dogo Argentinos that uphold the standards set by Dr. Antonio Nores Martinez and shared by responsible, like-minded breeders around the world.
Our puppies are family-raised indoors in a comfortable, temperature-controlled environment. For the first three weeks, they are monitored around the clock to ensure proper development and care.
We focus on building a foundation of trust and respect through:
We look forward to helping you find the right Dogo for your home, family, or working needs.
